Is the .com glitch fixed on the razors? I was going to get some st tropez sets and the urban decay eye liners then top it upto £75 with razors for all the lads at xmas but they only come up £3.99 or is that right?

And mrsbluebear - your welcome. I dont think companies realise how much it messes you about when its your personal cash their dealing with not some neverending company pot!

Yeah, I got that impression too That's why I asked CS lady how she would feel if it were her! I got a St Tropez set the other day with points, and even though I use the stuff anyways, I can't bear to open it!! It so nice I've actually wrapped it up and am giving it to myself for xmas :rotfl:

Your refund should show up in your account balance, but not your available balance, iykwim. eg account balance £250.00

oooooh thanks for that I will go have a look, it isn't there yet should I not panic? Can it take a couple of hours for the system to update?

Im not sure how long it should take. But i would strongly suggest that you keep any letters from your bank regarding the over drawn fees, and claim these back from boots. As its their mistake, the least they can do is refund your fees.

Just checked and not there yet but it was only like an hour or so ago So will keep checking, thanks for your advice hunni

They should go through as 3 for £3.99, anyone else tried today?

Mrs BB glad you stood your ground, I must admit it is issues like this that stop me using paypal for things other than ebay ( i learned my lesson with Boots on this one..refund took ages via paypal)

Yeah I think I have too. Though to be honest, I don't think I'll bother ordering from .com in future...its just given me a headache from start to finish :rotfl:

Hi all just to say that I bought the Rembrandt toothpaste using the £4 off coupon from the H&B mag and the £2 coupon from Best mag along with Botanics Facial Pamper Set £1.95 and Olay Thermal Polisher £1.99 using a bluey. Although this came to £6.43 I was given 80 points which is the FULL PRICE for all 3 items instead of the reduced/before discount/bluey price (it should have been only 24 points)HTH
