  • Hi all, been to one of the shopping evenings tonight, and I have to agree with comments about them not being very special!
Did have a good shop though and got LOTS of points, 5418 in total!
Some of the things I got were:
Clinique moisturiser £32, Clinique lipstick £12, Clinique lipgloss £12
2 x No17 Nail Varnish £2.79 each, No17 GWP and No17 Eye Dazzle FREE with Best voucher
2 x Soap & Glory GWP £5 each, and Soap & Glory Hand Cream FREE on 3 for 2
No7 Protect & Perfect Beauty Serum 200ml £99 (used half price voucher from mailing)
Spent £165 in total  , received 568 normal points, 250 kiosk offer points and 4600 offer points! :T
Points coupons: 350 wys £35 (from mailing), 250 wys £30 (I think, from ACM), 750 wyb 2 Clinique items (one skincare)
    Also in store 500 wyb 2 Clinique make-up items, 3000 bonus points for 3 x £50

Some of the stuff is my mum's so once she's paid me for that, I spent about £75 and got nearly £55 back in points. Oh and I forgot to pick up a No7 GWP with the P&P, but lovely SA realised and came & found me in the store!!

There were still some S&G GWP left in Shrewsbury Pride Hill store, not on shelves with rest of S&G, but on a S&G in front of the main entrance from Pride Hill (near No7 counter).

The glitch isn't working now. Apparently, the razors were on a 342 offer as well as 1/2 price! I think they are only on the 1/2 price offer, now.

Been trying to get my head round this for hours, didn't dare ask:o cos just discovered this forum recently, and am trying to read as much as I can, to save asking questions that have prob been asked a million times.

Many thanks for replying and many thanks for poster who asked:T

    FIT FLOPS

I was considering buying these from the Boots website as a Christmas gift. Has anybody bought these and if so are they worth it?

    Thanks

I bought mine from Boots back in the summer and love them. However, two of my friends bought them and neither can wear them - infact one of them can't get her feet into them properly. HTH
  • Went to my local for the xmas event
tried to get the OOTW Hairdryer with my £5 off £30 spend electricals and it didn't work :o so i put it back and brought a cheaper hairdryer.
    No S&G old GWP

also the tommee tippee disney baby reigns reduced to £3 although they scanned at £12 i told SA who went and got the SEL and checked barcode which matched so she charged me £3 :T

I got some back in may/june. I'm a size 5 in everything, but i found the size 5 in these to be too neat a fit. Its a squeeze to get them on, I can wear them but i can't walk too far in them IYSWIM as after a while my foot starts to come completely out of them. I broke my foot not long after getting them (totally unrelated though :rotfl: ) so i didn't get any use out of them over the summer anyway. I still liked them though, and will be ordering them next year as well but i'll be getting a size up this time:D

whats the deal with the S&G sets? (Are they def the soaper heros ones?)

I found 5 today....shelf label said £12 but I thought I knew better, got a SA to scan it and is was £12 ! not impressed!! I thought they were £5 ??

Sorry hun, the Soaper heros are £12. The £5 set is the "admit it you want me" which was the GWP when you spent £15 on S&G up to last week.

Hi Fortune! I saw these have returned to .com this week! I recomend Fitflops - bought some off .com earlier in the year and have worn them to death! Even wore them on holiday abroad / around the pool and on the beach and they are still going strong despite getting wet. Really comfy and I'm sure they helped to add tone and shape. Will probably get some in a different colour next time. HTH.
