Im not surprised the manager wanted to deal with it at store level...can you imagine if CS got involved. I would be furious if someone accused me of stealing, in fact I would be demanding a written apology and some vouchers by way of compensation. She seriously sounds like she needs a bloody good training course and attuide transplant

A little off topic but know you all like a bargain. Don't know if you've noticed but someone has posted about the store we shall not name on the boots thread "Super****". Having online 3 for 2 deals going though at 3 for 1!!! Well spotted OP. Also if original order before discounts is over £35 then free delivery. Ok back to Boots now.

Aww, its not your fault hunni, its stupid .com!! I've had to re-order (though I am loathed to do so lol) and pay £7.50 for saturday delivery, so it will be here in time :eek: CS gave me a ref number and told me to ring em to get the delivery refunded? Not sure what they are on about

Preston Fishergate Boots had quite a few S&G mini sets this afternoon. SA wouldn't let me have the free bag though! Boo.

I so would be letting CS deal with it, in fact if I were you, I'd be ringing them asap!! That SA needs sorting out - honestly...being accused of stealing!! :eek: That is so out of order!!

Hi All

I was at White Rose Boots in Leeds this afternoon and they had about 6 or 7 of the 1.95 botantics facial sets - they were on bottom shelf near where they have the botanics body stuff. I only bought one - not sure if I'm going to use it or give it as pressie? hmm.........
