Hope that helps. I did laugh when I got my 1st sample, I know they said they were sending out a short one but I was a little suprised when it barely reaching the top of my backside......:eek:

OK. Thank you, I thought because I had completed the 2nd part by the 14th and not the 25th maybe I'm being chucked off. My dressing gown was just below the knee so not sure if this is the long one or the short one but it is a lovely dressing gown and I hope the next one is going to be as nice.

Mine was like that too - I did say in the survey that I wasn't old enough to wear bed jackets yet and that this size was a bit impractical. Still, it has made a lovely bed for the the cat

After not having any invitations since last year I decided to email them this morning, I have received a response back stating the following:-

Feedback from Tesco customers really helps us to provide the highest quality products to our customers. In order to do this our questionnaires must always be completed by the trial end date and the samples must always be used in the correct order.

Unfortunately our records show that the Cat Food Cuts in Jelly trial in August was not completed either on time, or using the right sample codes. This means that we have been unable to use your results from the trial. Our system is therefore no longer inviting you to take part in home trials.

We are sorry for any disappointment this may cause.

So I guess I have been kicked out then, I did not hear anything from them since August and assumed all is ok. Has anyone else had this?

Exactly the same thing happened to me - although I was positive that I had not made a mistake. I rang them and explained this. They reinstated me without a fuss - perhaps you could try the same thing. It's worth a try.:)

I had the same thing- I was told it was the window cleaner I did- apparently I trialled one before the other and dispite the fact that they ask you for the code of the cleaner you used before asking questions about it and that I did trial and enter both together (I have 15 window panels and did half and half so I could see if there were any differences) and on the same day (a saturday) I was told they "couldn't use the data".

I explained what I did and that in no way were the findings confused/mixed up and have not had anything else since. If they don't want me on their trials thats fine, I'll stick with Boots. I never got any interesting trials like others: thin bleach, fabric wash and window cleaner while others get clothes and etc. Never had a problem with my trials before- I think they just wanted to kick me out for whatever reason.

I've got the email saying the 2nd dressing gown is being dispatched. Just the right weather for testing it too.

I am waiting for a Bikini Trial to arrive . Lets hope the weather improves a bit .

just a quick question I had a date on my home page of 27th May 2010, and now since that date has passed it says "no tests available", does this mean i'm kicked off? I have emailed them but don't suppose i'll hear this weekend being a b/h one, just wondered if anyone else has had this? thanks x oh and btw I have had "NOTHING" to test!!! lol ggrrrr

I had the Panelist Guidelines on there with 27th May 2010 on which have now disappeared but they have been on there since I joined a year ago and I have had trials in that year.

How long have you been a member? Maybe send them an email to ask if you are still on the panel.
