Linni, I'm currently doing the Men's Shirts trial (well I'm not personally wearing them, my Dad is :D ) but, like the instructions you've received with your dressing gowns I had to [get my Dad to] try the 1st (and only one sent so far) shirt on then do part 1 of the questionnaire. Since then I had to wear/wash 4 times (they say 4 weeks but this doesn't fit with the timescale given) than complete part 2 - I've just completed this.

If you don't fill in part 2 then you won't receive your second sample (and possibly chucked off of future trials altogether), so make sure you get it done by Midnight. :)

At the end of your questionnaire it will prompt you to pause it awaiting your questions for the second sample.

When they send the second sample you'll have to do 2 questionnaires again - 1 after trying it on but before washing, and 1 after after washing/wearing it 4 times.

I was confused as well as, like the dressing gowns, the email info didn't seem to tally up with the instruction sheet enclosed with the shirt.

Hope that helps, no doubt I've confused you even more. :o

I didn't realise about the !st part so thanks for this post. I am also going to complete the questionnaire by the 25/5/10 because that's the date on the site. I think that the 14th doesn't give me time to wear it and wash it for 3 weeks.......hope this helps;)

Tokyo, see my post above to Linni. You'll need to complete part 2 (for sample 1) by Midnight or they won't send you the second sample and you may be kicked off the panel for failing to complete on time. :(

Tesco have caused the confusion with the 4 weeks timescale, this is the total time for both samples, not for each. They should have just said wear/wash 4 times by 14th and that would have been easy enough to follow.

OK, thank you, I will do it now. Seems silly, as i've hardly had time to wear it because it's always in the wash!

I was really active on THP a couple of years ago. Got lots of products to test - many cleaning products etc... last item I had was a full 12 months ago now....some breastpads as I was breastfeeding my son at the time. I did all the questionnaires but haven't herad anything since... no offers of trials at all. Any ideas how I can become an active member again? I used to love it!

No, not me... I'm starting to wonder if I've been kicked off their list, I can't remember if I filled in the first survey on time as I got confused with many others over the instructions.:(
If I have been of any assistance, or my information is useful, please press the "Thanks" button :)
