i've done the mens edt and the washing tablets, but haven't been selected for any new ones in aaages..

ive been thrown off , i hadn't had any tests for about 2 months so i e mailed them, got a reply saying that i was late with my last trial. i have never been late filling in survey's etc.

so if you have not heard for a while i would just send a quick e mail to double check your still on there list.

Has anyone else got the dressing gown trial? I'm a bit confused, on the email from them it says:

The questionnaire for this trial for the 1st sample will be online on Tuesday 4th May 2010. Once you have used your sample for 3 weeks please login and complete the questionnaire. It will remain online until midnight on 25/05/2010 so please make sure you complete the questions for the 1st sample by this date.
Please make sure that you only fill in the FIRST SECTION of the questionnaire and DO NOT CONTINUEto the second section. This is only to be completed once your second sample has been received which should be next week.

but the instructions that came with it say:

You have been supplied with the first of 2 samples. Please try on ... and complete the first part of the questionnaire. Next, wear it for 4 weeks washing it 4 times within this time and complete the 2nd part of the questionnaire by 14th May 2010.

If you fail to complete the questionnaire for the first sample by the above date you will not be sent you 2nd sample.

I've had the 1st dressing gown for about 10 days, and I've completed the 1st part of the survey (before washing) so I'm not sure if I should fill in the 2nd part before the 14th or wait until the 25th?

I got accepted for this one too :T Haven't had a trial for ages, well chuffed

I'm running low on day moisturiser so might give these a go for daytime too to be honest.

I didn't realise about the !st part so thanks for this post. I am also going to complete the questionnaire by the 25/5/10 because that's the date on the site. I think that the 14th doesn't give me time to wear it and wash it for 3 weeks.......hope this helps;)

Linni, I'm currently doing the Men's Shirts trial (well I'm not personally wearing them, my Dad is ) but, like the instructions you've received with your dressing gowns I had to [get my Dad to] try the 1st (and only one sent so far) shirt on then do part 1 of the questionnaire. Since then I had to wear/wash 4 times (they say 4 weeks but this doesn't fit with the timescale given) than complete part 2 - I've just completed this.

If you don't fill in part 2 then you won't receive your second sample (and possibly chucked off of future trials altogether), so make sure you get it done by Midnight.

At the end of your questionnaire it will prompt you to pause it awaiting your questions for the second sample.

When they send the second sample you'll have to do 2 questionnaires again - 1 after trying it on but before washing, and 1 after after washing/wearing it 4 times.

I was confused as well as, like the dressing gowns, the email info didn't seem to tally up with the instruction sheet enclosed with the shirt.

Hope that helps, no doubt I've confused you even more.

ETA: just to be on the safe side, log on to you account and see what date the trial is giving as the end date, just incase your trial is a wee bit different from mine.

I've just clicked on the Men's shirt trial, under the the Questionnaires and Surveys option and it tells me the trial ends 14/05/2010 - says test in progress underneath. It then gives me an option to resume test (this will be for the second shirt) so it'd be worth checking what end date they give you.
