Hi thanks for that crystal i did that but there is no button for accept/decline so i just sent them a message would that be ok? or does everyone accept by sending a reply email to the trial on their messages?

Sorry but thought there would be an easier way to accept trials!! (think i'm confusing myself too!! lol )

yw, well i have been knocked off the panel but i'm sure when i was on it i went into messages then clicked accept so don't know why. we used to just reply to e ails but it did change. the response was never really good from customer services. hopefully someone else who is still signed up will come along and help you more.

I replied with an email to the night cream one as there were no accept/decline emails there as per normal. Fingers crossed it works! x

I joined in April & about 2 weeks ago had a questionnaire about my skincare regime & today received a message asking if I'd like to test 2 SPF15 daily moisturisers.:j
Accepted immediately & eagerly awaiting their arrival. Very handy as I am nearing the end my pot of moisturiser.

Normally you do push yes or no but recent invites they have messed up a bit. I've had to manually respond to night cream and nappies. They have subsequently emailed after fixing the boxes in message centre.
