...all head pieces brewed, meaty bits now being squished into a dish. Good job I tasted the broth after reducing down (to make a jelly) - far too salty!! So I don't think my jelly will set properly0

stumbled across this thread........well didnt really thought it was a wind up so me being me nosy git just HAD to read on ....and arnt i glad i did, the above picture looks like something from that film ALIEN !!!!!!!!!! now im sure its delicous but i would rather eat my own feet than sample the brains...........i am not knocking you in any way and think its very os the way you have cooked it up but i know if my son walked in and seen me doing that (he is 9) he would have dropped to his knees wailing . it was the teeth that got me!!! i cant really say too much i used to love pigs trotters and vinegar but not much meat on them. i agree its very walking dead zombie style food but hey if it floats your boat why not.......enjoy xxxC.R.A.P.R.O.L.L.Z #7 member N.I splinter-group co-ordinater
