SSC, as you say, 99.9% of posters here just want to help and/or support.
No better folk to give help/advice/support than those that have been there, seen it, done it, bought the t-shirt and ate the breakfast cereal!!
All the very best to you and yours.0 -
well all i can say to the high and mighty poster is good luck to you on never having sat up crying wondering why you let it get so out of control or in most peoples cases after losing their jobs to redundancy or illness how they will be able to afford luxuries like gas/electric and food, most people are having to give up their homes a place thats seen laughter and love to be able to sleep at night not worrying about how you can stretch the measly bit of money to cover the bills.
im not a br yet but will be booking a court date hopefully monday, but all i can say since making the discision to go br the heavy weight that has been pushing down on my shoulders for so long has finaly lifted, i can now sleep at nightIf you want to see the rainbow ,you gotta put up with some rain0 -
Hi SSC
In similar boat to you - NR mort, first payment just missed, credit cards payments missed in september!
Hope it works out for you, regardless of what the likes of Nelly or whatever his name is thinks! We know how hard this is and the ups and downs that go with it! If we're at the same stage, we can maybe compare positions in the new year.... hope it works out for you
(and we can clap and cheer as much as we like!) 0 -

It is NOT fun to walk away from your financial obligation,s but it is a relief considering the alternative, that is being herassed dozens of times a day for a bigger payment that you just have not got
Now your just being childish:rolleyes:
Fair enough, but I still object to the:j :T in these circumstances.
Childish? Angelic:A even....0 -
You really are high and mighty and holier than thou, aren't you:rolleyes:. If that's the only criticism of Rubie that you can come up with, then you're really acknowledging that our kindness and support of each other trump your nasty attitude every time. Do you really think the judge or the OR give a toss about a few spelling mistakes:D??
I can only repeat my previous post. Go away. You're a wally with too much time on your hands.0 -
