Anyone got their Daily Mail Owl Monitor

I got a standby energy saver but not the owl monitor. No idea how to use it as I do not want to mess hubby's sky when he records programmes. I applied and paid postage for both.0

I have just phoned the Daily Mail customer services promotions.
Apparently they are expecting some in this week, so I should get mine in the next two weeks.

Anyone got problems with their Owl? Mine keeps 'hanging' and a reset s required. Really annoying as a reset loses the stored data - including the time/date and tariff info.
How do I contact The Mail to complain?
