  • Hey guys, wonderful thread; it's literally taken me DAYS reading through!! Must admit I've become instantly obsessed with both reading this and getting hampers together - I've previously done "themed" presents, so the hamper idea really struck a cord. I must say, I'm so impressed with yours (and with the fact half of you had these done by end of November! :T ) that I've now begun proper hampers.

I've got loads from Quality Save - doesn't seem to be mentioned much here because I think they're only in North West, but they're pretty much the same as B&M (also just up road, lucky for me!) and Home Bargains. Today got the black and white boxes from B&M (BIG thanks to that post!).

Also, just a note; Instore have DVD boxes on 3 4 2, at £2.50 each in black or white. The smaller "kits" I've done fit really well in these and people can use as storage later! HTH!

OH thinks I'm nuts now, bring in bags and bags of "bits". He'll soon see on Xmas day when he's got a massive pres to open!:D

Thanks to all - sorry for the waffle

Will post lists and pics once I can clear a space to put everything together - keep up the good work!

  • The Flower Hour ebay shop that lots of people use, also has an ordinary website which I'm ordering through as the P&P is working out a little bit cheaper.. www.flowerhour.co.uk

Went to TJ Hughs today, picked up some pretty good things make-up wise for some friends.. including a Hard Candy pina colada lip gloss for a friend that adores pina coladas, was very pleased because Hard Candy is a great brand of make up and nabbed it for £2 and it is usually £10. Also TJ Hughs are currently selling some Hugo Boss mini shower gels/body gels for £1 each, for both men and women. Also found a Sally Hansen top coat chip protector for 1.50 normally 3.50.

Hello, here is my first attempt at a hamper, it's for my sister for Christmas and is made of goodies from Boots all of which I got as the result of glitches thanks to the ladies and gents on the Boots grabbit thread. I think it's turned out OK, hope you like it.
