    Hi guys,

All of your hampers look great! I'm making some this year but have no idea how much cellophane I should order. I know it's difficult to say, as it depends on the size of the baskets, but could anyone tell me how much use they could get out of 5m/10m/20m rolls? Really have no clue at all at the moment. :o

Hi :) I posted this on the last thread #5647 if that helps at all?

    Hi,

I'm doing a couple of afternoon tea hampers for christmas - where did you get the plastic tea bag plate from, as it would just finish my hampers off.

    Thanks

Where are you getting your tissue paper from to wrap the hampers?

I bought some from asda but it wasnt quite big enough or strong enough to cover my box and i really wanted to wrap the box before i put the cello on....

    Hi everyone

Have started a new basket for my eldest daughter and going to do her a drink related one as I want to try out the flavoured vodkas for her. I have copied down some cocktail recipes and will have a look for some bits to go with cocktails. I am looking for some vodka chocolates. I have had a look around all the local shops but havent seen any this year, plenty of other alchoholic ones but not vodka. Has anyone seen any please?

MMmmmm - I love flavoured vodkas. Jelly baby and lemon are my two favourites and are super easy to make.

Oh and I saw some vodka chocolates in Home Bargains recently :)

Hi, somebody posted on here a while ago about a clapperboard in Asda, where are they I have walked and walked the store and cant seem to find it.

Sorry haven't read all the thread updates so not sure if this has been answered but the clapperboards are with the party stuff - invites, balloons, tableware etc. Hope you find them :D

  • I'm sure this has been asked, so apologies for asking again, but it's a very long thread to read through!

Have been collecting stuff for a foodie basket for my In Laws; where can I get a reasonably priced basket?

    Thanks.

BTW, thanks too for sharing all your ideas and photos of your baskets, they have been a real help & inspiration for me!

Thanks Myrtle but we dont have a Home Bargains down in the south :( may be they will spread down here before too long as you up there seem to get all the bargains.

I have bought some Fruit Salads and some other sweets similar to try. Have washed out some sauce bottles to put it in. Not sure when to try it out, I dont drink alchohol myself but OH might try it for me. Would it keep in the fridge if I was to do it now?

Wilkinsons has the best choice and is the best value. I paid £1.99 for some last week.
