Shame...it nearly turned into A Top Thread on Top Man Totty...except, looks like I am not very qualified to contribute as I have bad taste.:o

I confess, I even think Ian Hislop is quite cute too........
I'm with you there. What about Jeremy Paxperson?...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
Nope, I think all that macho stuff is a cover for a weak man - rather have Ian.0

I dislike that christian bale -reminds me of graham norton. I bet all the grannies love him though. he annoys me immensely
Who is Christian Bale?...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
He's doing Open House at the moment. Did some shows with Dom whatsit. Buy or not to buy . Tall, skinny, campish. If you took him home to your mum, she'd love him, everyone would love him - nice boy. I reckon he ties himself up at night and has keyboard sex!!!!0
-
He was the incredible child actor in Empire of the Sun who is now a grown up man and still a star.

He is slightly camp but certainly not effeminate. Theres something very dark about him - or is it because I saw him in American Psycho which was a real shocker.0 -
actually is that batman - I don't know if I've got confused!!!0

I hope Grand Designs stays but the rest of them can go jump under a bus as far as I care.
It's certainly an interesting programme - but the owners can get very carried away. Dealt with sale of one of these at work not so long ago -ultra modern and in my opinion ultra ugly although they enthused greatly on the programme. They sold it last year - now dealing with their new purchase and the choice couldn't be more of a contrast - aga kitchen, wooden beams, back to C17th. So much for "grand impractical designs".0 -
I find grand designs irritating too. We get all these, "are they going to make it, oh what a mess, I dont think its working" and then at the end he enthuses poetically about the place whatever it looks like.0
