Property Plastics Ltd Do not deal with this company, I ordered facia trims etc on the 8th jan 2011 and still have no delivery. All I get is the receptionist Francis fobbing me off with delivery problems etc. They took my money on the 9th jan 2011 and i ended up cancelling my order and asking for my money back. Ive emailed the director Chris today to raise my anger at been treated like a mug. And to get my money back which they have had in there account for 29 Days so far.

Ordered some soffits/guttering at the start of January, heard nothing for a fortnight, then received an email response after chasing them. Since then heard nothing. 6 weeks later, still no delivery. Phoned today to get refund and was told it would take 30 days to process. I told them this was unacceptable, we will wait and see what happens now. I shall be looking at court proceedings if I do not receive a suitable response shortly. Anyone who wishes to be kept up to date with progress, please PM me. DO NOT under any circumstances buy goods from this company.

Ive been attempting to get my items since begining of November last year.

So far not much luck.

Just contacted Watchdog as other routes seem to draw a blank. Only a small sum of money lost, but it looks like I'm not the only one!

I spoke to Property Plastics yesterday, and have now been advised that they are not in a position to offer a refund. They advised for me to approach my credit card company (I fortunately paid by credit card as an extra line of insurance) to obtain a refund. The call left me in no doubt that this company is in serious financial difficulty, I was told that they are no longer accepting orders by phone but I don't know how true this is (and they still are online - which I advised them was illegal if they were unable to satisfy them - which is clearly the case).

Do NOT place any orders with this company. If you have placed an order and have not received it, then be extremely suspicious, attempt to get a refund as soon as possible, and if you did pay be credit card, I strongly recommend talking to them.

Called and was told White Window Boards were in stock, placed the order with a delivery time of 2/3 days.

3 weeks later, no window board and no delivery date. Called and emailed staff very friendly but no help at all...

Have asked for a refund and been told this takes about 30 days!!!!!

Yes, I ordered some polycarbonate sheeting from them in November 2010. By mid December nothing was delivered and after several phonecalls they told me the sheeting wouldn't be available until Feb 2011. So I asked for a refund. By late January no refund was forthcoming so I rang them several times to see what was happening. I spoke with Francis and she wasn't able to either a) confirm when a refund could be made, or b) let me speak to anyone else. I then spoke to trading standards who advised me to check whether they were still solvent with companies house and the insolvency service. At that stage they seemed fine. Trading standards also advised me to put a letter into chris by recorded delivery asking for my refund. By doing so it means if they go into administration their administrators are obliged to pay me back (by the way, they owe me nearly £500). I also asked Francis to send me an email telling me that a refund would be made. Of course I have had no response from Chris. My credit card co said they wouldn't be able to refund without some kind of promise to refund in writing from the company. So make sure you get this if you are going to seek compensation through your card company. It's a shame when so many on-line retailers behave honourably that one company has made me mistrust the online shopping community. I will be pursuing this with trading standards (consumer direct) and I suggest you do the same so that they get a good dossier of information together. Watchdog also sound like a good bet.

Have just reported this company to watchdog. I notice many people with similar experiences to me on localmole.co.uk too. If you have had a similar encounter with Property Plastics Ltd then I suggest you get on to watchdog too.

just been done by property plastics my self, i'm told property plumbing is the same company run by the same management. I'm in process of taking property plastic to small claims court to get refund.
Avoid dealing with these ******* they dont deserve to be in business.

I had the misfortune to order some polycarbonate roofing sheet on 16th January, and still waiting for delivery. After repeated emails saying "we are sorry for the delay....." etc. and several abortive attempts to phone them I managed to get through to "Emma" today. She advised me that they would not be in a position to fulfil the order, and following some further questions, she advised me to request the money back through my bank. SO the fraud dept. at Santander are now dealing with the case. Seeing previous posts I will also be in touch with Trading Standards as well now.

Is there any way that their website can be removed, to stop others from being duped in this way?:mad:
