Hi selbjx & other posters. I would like to clarify a few points, at the point of ordering your card details are processed by Sage Pay, we don't get to see your card details and have no way of storing the details to process payment when the goods are despatched that is why the payment is taken at the point of order. It is mostly an automated process
We process 10's of thousands of orders a year and the vast majority of the time are customers get the goods they have ordered on time. At Property plastics we have lots of genuine testimonials from satisfied customers and as a company we are growing, supplying more & more customers every year. I'm sorry that some of my customers have experienced issues with delivery and I would dearly like zero customer complaints. It is just not humanly possible to get everything right 100% of the time.
I stand by the comments that we care about our customers and that is why I occasionaly post replies where I see negative feedback regarding our services. It is because I and my team do care about our customers. I am positive that all of the above problems have resulted in customers receiving their goods or having full refunds if they are not happy. If anyone needs help resolving any problem with their order or are not happy they can contact me direct and I will ensure that the problem is resolved. I placed an order for some dry verge 7 days ago. It arrived today, in good condition, despite my living in a remote part of Scotland.
I had good service.

I was assured delivery by Property plastics on the 2nd but only got a delivery on 3rd after waiting in a whole day and having to take day off work. But that's not all - only half the delivery arrived. Very annoyed I contacted them and found that although I was assured I would be called back quickly, I had to keep calling back. I could not get any straight answer and wasn't really interested in what they were doing or where my package had gone but only in WHEN I would get the rest of my delivery!!
I have not received a reply yet as they are still apparently trying to trace my lost package...Chris emailed me back within 30minutes which is great but didnt really sort out my problem at all - another day has gone by without knowing when I will get my package and when I can get the rest of my work completed in the garden - there seems no urgency or understanding that you have taken time off, hired builders to undertake the work and that it is enfuriating and stressfull when a delivery is not there! Even worse when you have no idea when it will come.
I will not order online for anything as important again - give me face to face customer care anyday!
I will keep you posted on how long it will take to get the rest of my delivery.
In the meantime, can anyone advise on what my rights are for a refund ( I paid be credit card online) and how I can get this money back etc..0 -

:mad: Same story with me. Also wish I had found this site before ordering. I have sent the following letter to Mr Williams with copies to BBC Watchdog and The Guardian. If I get no joy from Property Plastics then I will continue to send the same note to as many people as I can think of. I have deleted the examples for the sake of brevity but essentially they all quotes from the above miserable experience of your good selves.

I ordered materials from your company some 2 weeks ago. It has not arrived and I have had to cancel the order (three times). I have been promised a call back ( three times)... no call back has been made by your staff. I have been promised e-mails... no response. I have today been promised a full refund within three days. I hope this promise will be kept.
Meanwhile I have now found reference to your company in the following link... moneysavingexpert . Below I quote some typical examples from this site. I have copied this note to two of the media and I hope this spurs you into immediate action. However the poor feedback from other disgruntled customers does not seem to have made much difference in the past.0 -
I've placed 2 orders with Property plastics, mainly due to their prices being better than other sites and cheaper than I could get locally. After totally messing up my first order and being totally inept and disinterested in putting the problems right, I've only myself to blame for using them a second time, a few months later, when exactly the same thing happened. Well never again!!
They took around 2 weeks to deliver goods readily available at the local trade counter from where they were dispatched. Repeated phone calls to PP resulted in numerous excuses and promises but not much else. Got it sorted in the end, but twice bitten...
From now on I'll be going direct to the trade counter and recommending anyone who asks to avoid Property Plastics Ltd.0 -
I ordered some plywood from this company. After a week I hadn't heard anything so I called them, they spoke to their supplier who was awaiting stock but they could not give me a delivery date.
A week later and still no delivery date but more annoying was that I hadn't been contacted once to let me know. I since have asked for a refund (twice by email, four times by phone) but still have not recieved a refund. I am giving them untill Monday and if I still haven't recieved my refuund I will report this as fraud.
On top of this I have since got the same board from Jewsons for half the price.

Yes Property Plastics also known as Express Fascias have not improved I ordered 4 weeks ago and have not received my order I have e-mailed 3 times phoned Frances she was no help and she would not pass me on to a senior manager. Will keep the site informed of any response from them.0
