Beware of unplugging your phone line from your sky box...

I'm sure it's not true in this case but there is a well-known scam which involves selecting Sky Box Office films, unplugging the phone-line at a certain point and then getting the film for 'free' (information as sold on eBay but reported elsewhere). Of course, the snag is that all these film events are stored and will eventually be uploaded to Sky one way or another. Some users of this trick were caught out in exactly the same manner as the OP here.
