Thanks You! Im having a very blonde day :)

Has anyone found anything VERY cheap to add to this order to get it over £30 as I dont really need to order anything else.

    Thanks
I got an ornament in the christmas sale section and then this came to just £40 and I got £20 off with a code and free P&P and did this on the phone as I had trouble online inputting the code.

Total came to £21.99 for everything with discount.

Just a small warning from a disappointed Empire Stores customer.....when you've ordered (and received a confirmatory email) don't assume you'll get your product! Their online and stock control systems don't talk to one another. I suggest you then confirm by phone!

daft question, but whereabouts do I place the discount code?? and does the discount get applied straightaway?. I'm getting to the stage where I'm entering my Credit/Debit card details and the total is still showing as £32 in my shopping basket??

Did you get it sorted, hope so.....

  • Hope this will help some people (and if it does - remember to hit the thanks button! ;) )

When I placed my order I couldn't find anything to make it up to £30 so I asked the sales lady if she could recommend anything cheap to push it up over the limit, and she just said she'd use one of the other codes they have. She said I'd still be getting £15 off and I'd still receive the free gift!!! :)

I might've just been lucky and just had a really helpful sales lady, but it's always worth asking!!!! :)

I would have thanked you if you hadn't have asked to be thanked

Its rude - would you asked to be thanked in real life if you did someone a favour? Ok, you'd expect to be thanked if you'd helped someone out but you wouldn't actually ask them to thank you would you?

Yes, its nice to be thanked - but you really shouldn't need to ask for it. People have minds of their own & can make their own decisions.

Chocolate fountain looks scrummy but I'm like many others - I'd probably only use it once and then put it in the cupboard.
Sometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...

    DR5579 - net curtain = 75p

Hope this helps a couple of people looking to push there total over £30/£40.
Very annoying that most items have to end in 99p.

Already bought the chocolate fountain from currys at £29.99 (daughter's Christmas) that was mentioned on here and thought it was a bargain but I could not resist this one so have ordered one for my niece for her birthday in February. Husband thinks I am mad but men just don't appreciate us females and our desire for chocolate! Thanks OP!
