Amazon do not add VAT to the advertised price. At the checkout screen they simply break down the advertised price to show how much of it is VAT. Therefore an Xbox 360 60Gb advertised at £159.98 will be broken down into £136.15 before VAT and £23.83 VAT, making a total price of £159.98.0

hi all, just read about phone companys giving away a free xbox/;laptop etc when u take out a new contract, this is true of my experience..BUT
you have to pass a credit check in order to get the freebie...i have been with my phone company 2 years, rang about the deal but did not pass the credit check in order to qualify so its a bit of a bummer really
hope this helps x:cool:0 -
Hi, I just got Wii consol + 2 free games for £179 from Gamestation in store. I think there is a similar offer online but you have to pay for delivery. The games to choose from are - Big Beach Sports, Carnival, Game Party, Boom Blox & Wall E. Gamestation offers change every week so be quick.0

well to be fair, as i said previously, they're backed by argos, and you get a 7 day no quibble return policy followed by a 1 year guarantee, how bad can that be ?

We were getting a lot of $ for our £ last year,I did some shopping from USA last year too.Right now the exchange rate situation is very different and it would end up costing more to ship anything over.
Worth watching the rates though and I will start shopping from USA again as soon as it makes sense to."Reaching out to touch the stars dont forget the flowers at your feet".0
