I'm only 5'2" so that extra 1/2" makes the difference between them fitting or not. I get away with max 32" with heels on.
LOL yes - definitely XXL by VB's standards!!!
Can't believe she's selling them again + no mention of the fact that she alleges they've been worn or washed as she accused me of doing. Mmmmmmm...tjjpark doesn't strike me as a very honest ebayer!Money can't buy you happiness, but it sure helps!0 -

I have no idea what to suggest to you, maybe send a letter threatening action and enclosing a copy of the auction?
Sad to say but as soon as you sent the jeans back untrackable there was little you could do. I really think you will just have to put this down to experience.0 -
Thanks for the advice Pulliptears. Ironic thing is the item was returned before I entered the official dispute process and the seller refers to having received the jeans in her dispute statements! So the evidence of posting and receipt of the item was plain to see.
Och, I can always go through credit card - it's just the fact that she got away with treating me so poorly that makes me mad!Money can't buy you happiness, but it sure helps!0 -
How long ago did all this happen, as I have looked at the selling history for tjjpark for the last 90 days and the only time these jeans were listed prior to 30.10.08 finished on 16.10.08 #200262484285 and the buyer was anton07976 who bought them for £16.
Oh, back in May - I have proof in my Paypal account and Hotmail email account that I can use.Money can't buy you happiness, but it sure helps!0 -

I know, and I agree its incredibly frustrating. Paypal for some ridiculous reason will rarely take into account feedback and emails etc
It may be worth posting the saga down on the ebay board, some of the guys there are a whizz with this sort of thing and they may be able to advise you better.
Either way, good luck!

I contacted the financial ombudsman today and they were really helpful. They took some details and are contacting PayPal on my behalf.
PayPal have up to 8 weeks to respond - let's hope they do the honourable thing!

Went through the financial ombudsman and got a full refund!!!
They simply took some details and contacted PayPal on my behalf and lo and behold I receive a letter from PayPal stating that they're going to credit my account with the full amount - although they argued that this was a gesture and they were admitting no wrong doing, but who cares?!!! I got my money back!!!! :j
Thanks to everyone for their advice, support and empathy!
