I never use paupal and ebay anymore since ebay took over paypal. Even more so now they are in favour of the sellers in terms of feedback and disputes.

Not your fault this happened these mugs are taking advantage of their TC's. Good Luck

I do love their listing technique:

Do you really get Victoria Beckham for £20? And if the buyer doesnt receive her can they claim through paypal?

I understand what you mean, I thought so too but I decided to follow up on the one neutral feedback comment, as it sounded a bit similar to my predicament. I contacted the member who left it and it turned out she had received a soiled item from tjjpark but tjjpark refused to take it back as she 'doesn't accept returns' and accused the buyer of dirtying them!

Tjjpark is lovely if you don't have a problem but turns really nasty if you aren't satisfied. She would have two negative feedback scores if I'd been able to leave feedback and the other inexperienced ebayer hadn't realised that she was being ripped off - she raised a dispute after I contacted her.

I believe in being pleasant and honest in all my dealings on ebay, etc. and have 100% positive feedback to prove it - significantly more transactions/feedback, as a buyer and seller, than tjjpark!

I cannot believe it! Those are the jeans I returned - the ones she listed as being 32" long and, guess what, now they're magically 32.5"!!! I paid for those, so she's effectively sold them twice!!! Unbelievable.

You're absolutely right. It's outrageous that they get away with it!

Plus I paid £36 + £4,50 P&P, not to mention the return postage to send them back to her!!!

    Raging!

Well, if I lacked the resove to take this further, I'm not lacking now!

I'm guessing at 26" waist and 35" hip they're size XXL if they're from the Victoria Beckham range then!! :D

They're also described as petite, yet have 32.5" leg!! I thought petite was for short people, coz I'm 5'11" and usually buy 33" leg!
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

How long ago did all this happen, as I have looked at the selling history for tjjpark for the last 90 days and the only time these jeans were listed prior to 30.10.08 finished on 16.10.08 #200262484285 and the buyer was anton07976 who bought them for £16.
