Hope you don't talk to your customers like that! Must be bad communication in your store then as I work there too and I have known since monday there was a sale starting. Sorry I don't know what IDL means as I work in the coffee shop and don't often escape from there :rolleyes:

I also agree with others; there is no need to be so rude, Wolves. And even more so to the lady who was trying to bait people by accidentally on purpose using instore jargon to try and pique peoples' curiosity and interest only to be "mightier and holier than thou" and not bother telling people.

BTW the above is just a guess; I have never worked for M&S although I've applied for a job there.

Its the same in life. I've found myself talking "coo coo" to my baby girl, than asking my DH if he would like a "coffeewoffie" >.< Sometimes the brain shuts down and the mouth/fingers take over.

But this sale, does it include Childrens boots? I'm desperate for some for my DD's. Thanks x

i asked in store today, tha sa was shocked tht i knew as it wasnt advertised and she only found out herself this morning upon arrival at work, she said they dont normally have a sale this time of year, but she confirmed it ladieswear, childrenswear, its online as well, so get adding to the basket then but as soon as prices update, lol, x
