  • Never ordered from m&S sale before, however placed an order on 7th Nov expected delivery 19th - 24th november..all items now out of stock but still showing on my order, would I have heard by now if I am not going to get my items?

    ( I know you haven't got crystalballs ..I just mean the likelyhood as people reporting cancelled or reduced orders)

    My orders placed on 5th and 6th turned up today, only a couple of things missing, so I am very happy on this occasion. It's a bit of a lottery I'm afraid, but keep your fingers crossed!

    Is anyone else still waiting? My order shows as 'estimated delivery 14 to 17 November', but I've heard nothing. I have emailed them.
  • Placed my order and got free delivery as over the £30 threshold, they have now cancelled and item ( no they haven't even told me:rolleyes: ) and this has taken me below the threshold for the 10% off kidswear and free delivery so my order minus 1 item is costing me nearly a fiver more? I have emailed them to ask them why they find this acceptable when other large retailers I have used would still honour the free delivery and discount code if it was th customer at fault...anyone else had this ?

    They did this to me, I emailed them and told them how unhappy I was about this and how another store used to mess me around and I no longer shop there. They replied and apologised and said they would refund my delivery charge when it arrived. It arrived I let them know- no refund. I emailed them today and they were very apologetic and have refunded it.

    Thanks:D hopefully I will have a reply from them tomorrow, order still not dipatched yet though...so I could be in for more cancelled items:rolleyes:
