Got all my items I ordered, so a happy bunny.

whiiysmum I would get in touch with M&S if you're being charged delivery. They can't take an order and then charge you for their error. I'd be extremely surprised if they didn't refund you

Did two orders on 06/11, one was delivered yesterday and the other today. Everything I ordered is there as well so am delighted.

Well it's becoming obvious that M&S just don't like some of us.
I too have contacted them many times about their hopeless stock control. Perhaps we're now in the naughty corner.

Have just called M&S to check on the progress of my order as I haven't received any cancellation emails but I also haven't received any items

- am gutted, was told that it doesn't look like I'll get any of the 8 items I ordered as they are out of stock. What a waste of time!!:mad:

I ordered over £30 of stock, then finally received an email saying some of it wasn't available and they were now charging me delivery! I emailed them and they said they'd refund me the delivery cost, but none of my order has turned up!

i bought a couple of kids clothes and couple of tops in the shop on Thursday..i was very pleased but it was very busy

Found a fantastic shop in Morecambe that just sells per una clothing at less than half price! Bought a top which was only £16 the exact same one that I saw in M & S the day before for £35!!! There is nothing wrong with the items neither they are jsut classed as M & S overstocks.

I ordered on 6th Nov and recieved all of my £30 order today. I am really pleased with my purchases espically the £5 jeans which had £29.50 price tags on - they are a great fit & good quality.
Sorry to hear others arent getting a good service - I must be one of the lucky ones as I cant fault M&S.

My order placed on 6th is still sitting somewhere - estimated despatch of 14th to 17th, no email communication, so I'm guessing that yet again they have simply lost it.

I too am impressed with m&s. I ordered my items and they turned up on the delivery date specifed. All the items were there so no complaints here.
