I placed 2 orders on Wednesday evening and have received everything. Once again I am very happy with M&S.

No snoony2 I'm gonna be disappointed again, nothing is despatched (ordered thursday a.m) and just recieved email saying some items are out of stock!!! This always happens to me!! Am I the only one??

This always happens to me too - I vowed I wouldn't go near their online sale ever again, but weakened and ordered Thursday am like you - estimated despatch date 14th, so I'm now waiting for the cancellation emails. Why can't they get their stock control act together?

They should take notes from Ted Baker and AMazon, both of whom are great when it comes to keeping on top of stock levels. Having said that, in the last sale, I ordered onlne and depite being popular sizes in underwear, my chosen items all arrived.

Well I have to say I have been very lucky this time round and have just received everything I ordered :T

Not so lucky last time I ordered 16 items in total and received 4! In fact that order still appears to be open with 1 item: delivery estimate still showing as 16-20th October :rotfl: :rotfl:

I feel same as you placed 3 separate orders last thurs am, just received email to say my card was declined!! which I find really annoying because it only seems to decline with m & s!!! my items have now gone out of stock
I will not buy from them on line again!!

I feel sooo mad too Wendym and lynn44!! recieved another 2 emails stating items out of stock. I send them replies everytime regarding their ordering system and how disappointing it is!! why is it only m&s!! X

I didn't know there was a sale on. On wednesday, I did find a few bits though. I got a per una brown skirt for £22 which someone had just returned so yay :T

I always miss the sales, just as well I'm broke

I recieved two items out of six today, looks like the others will be cancelled again!! What really annoys me is that I always order enough to take it over the free delivery, but when they then decide to cancel items, I get charged for delivery. Don't think I will bother again!
