Because theres absolutely no reason for anybody outside the company to know what it stands for. At the end of the day, its an a4 piece of paper with a list of sale on. It really isn't exciting, or something for the general public to know the proper name for!

I remember IDLs from when i worked in M&S (left there 8 years ago when i started teaching). No idea what it stands for though lol
