ok, lets try something else;
1.
Revealing hidden Files
Please set your system to show all files.
Click Start, open My Computer, select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.
2.
Please click this link-->Jotti
When the jotti page has finished loading, click the Browse button and navigate to the following file and click Submit.
C:\WINDOWS\system32\loader.exe
Please post back the results of the scan in your next post.
If Jotti is busy, try the same at Virustotal0 -

When you click on browse a box appears - on the left hand side of that box you should see 5 icons - click on My Computer. Then Click on Local Drive (C) and then Windows. A whole host of files should appear and you want loader.exe0
