Amazon are doing the blue or green Ds Lites for £89.98 and you get a free brain training game with it too (just need to enter code DSFREEBT at the checkout).

And I think you can get piggypoints too if you go through www.pigsback.com

I'm looking too. Play.com has the red, green and turquoise models for £89.99 but annoyingly the colours I want (black or white) are £99.99. Oh well, keep looking...

Thanks PinkZebra - I was just about to order one from HMV using my PigsBack £10 Gift Voucher to bring the price down to £89. Using your Amazon tip, I've been able to get the same DSLite with Brain Training and I get to use my HMV voucher on something else! :T
  • game are doing some nice deals - nintendogs + high school musical 3 + any colour ds for £114.99 they also do fifa 09 + mario and sonic + accessories bundle for £129.99.
  • Slightly underhand perhaps but Argos have consoles at £99.97.

I suggest buying a £100 gift card & getting a £10 gift card until tomorrow.

Buy a DS Lite & cheap filler item to take you over £100.

Pay with your 2 giftcards from above & get another £10 voucher.

Net cost around £80, I can't see anything cheaper at the moment, but would be happy to be proved wrong as my brother is looking for one too.

READ THIS BEFORE BUYING DS LITE

In Japan, Nintendo are now selling the Nintendo DSi. The DSi is the REPLACEMENT for the outgoing DS Lite. The DSi will be in UK stores early next year, which means prices for the DS Lite will go down as Nintendo stop production. The DSi is expected to retail at £120 and include:

3 Megapixel Camera (on the front)
    VGA Camera (in the hinge)
    Internet Browser
DSi Shop (downloadable games and other content)
    MP3 Player

    Unfortunately, the code has expired.
  • Going to Hong Kong this month so will see what deals I can get while I am over there and see if they have the new DS on sale.
    I hate migraines.
  • We have read that the new DSI will be region locked so won't play games that you buy here if you get the console from abroad. We were going to do similar with friend going but decided not to now.

that is a downside, however DS games from all over the world will work on DSi. it's only DSi games that will be region locked
