Code M&S-NNO gives £3 off a minimum £15 order. Offer may only be used once and is valid until 21/12/10.

BTW, I have always had very good service from Healthspan, whether ordering online or over the phone.

I have had 2 items ordered not arrive before and all it took was 1 email to them to say I hadn't recieved it a month later and they sent a new one out. Granted they may take a few days to reply but other than that the customer service I have experienced has been first class and their representatives eager to help resolve.

I would not use another company unless they offered the same level of quality product and service. Healthy Direct in comparison was more expensive, their packaging and website looked cheap and complicated and they made no verifiable claims for the quailty of their products thus I was not convinced their products were to the same standard.

Now Healthy Direct and Healthspan have merged I have not seen any difference in the products I have ordered.

Totally agree with your comments about service from Healthspan, although I find it much quicker to phone them on their freephone number than sending an email. Only ever had one minor problem over several years.

Thanks for these, but a word of warning! If you have already used a code once and enter it on another order, the website appears to be allowing you to use it, but it does not take the money off, so check the total before confirming your order. This is a change as before, you would get a message stating that the code was invalid, but now you get a box stating that you ARE using the code. I rang Healthspan and they advised me that I had used the code on a previous order, so I cancelled the new order and re-ordered using another code, only £3 off instead of £5, but still a saving.
