That's how I read it. You would only lose interest if the account matures before they process your paper form and there was a delay sending the payment after maturity, but interest during the fixed term would be paid in full.
Well, since we are in agreement, it is fairly clear the best option for me is to leave the money until maturity. This is under the assumption that:
a) Whoever holds it after all this doesn't go bust either.
b) At maturity, they provide the funds in a swift fashion.
If we take the funds out, it will cost us about 1 months interest.
Since one of my accounts is a 12 month one, that's a hefty whack (in % terms) to miss out on. I'll let them keep it until Feb, where it matures anyway.

As you say it isn't explicit. Aside from the 'one payment per account' bit, most of the faqs seem to have been written as though each customer only has one kind of account.
At this stage, I would respectfully suggest yr point:As each account is being treated seperately ... this option must exist for each individual account.
