    Oh no! It's an independent wholefoods co-op, called the Single Step. I wish more shops did it, it makes so much sense for all parties!

    Thanks for the encouragement, i have had a look on the up your income board and put together a folder of websites, like today, slicethepie, some survey websites, which I will check every day.

    Positive: £50 in paypal account from ebay sales, so i'm withdrawing that.

    • Negative: Just checked my bank balance. The reason it is so low is that they have not paid me my jobseekers. On what basis exactly? Oh I earned approx £70 last month. Which means i'm £120 worse off than I would have been had I stayed on the dole, plus they only pay a part of my rent in housing benefit, so my attempt to be a responsible citizen has *cost* me £170. No wonder i'm in !!!!ing debt.
    Yes ok, I got intrinsic benefits of a self esteem boost and social activity.
