hello all

am back from work, found our loo is leaking quite badly this morning, which is a pain, has dripped almost half a pint since i put a glass under at 6.30pm!

I'm going out tonight (to meet my friend for hot choc and cake) so no flying but everything looks ok and am on top of the laundry. Glad it's friday tomorrow.

I'm driving tonight as friend heavily pregnant - good vibes the car starts please, haven't used it for over a month and it has been wet and cold. Better set off up the road to in laws to pick car up and get going...will catch up properly probably saturday!

Well something else done from list - have called venue for our staff do and confirmed final numbers at 20. They also said that they want the balance in about 10 days so I have done a notice to stick on the fridge at work - then EVERYONE will see it - oops not the dinner ladies though so I must tell them...
Also, as I have to collect £18.95 have made a mental note to gather a few £1 and 5p coins then I can give change...also found out to whom any cheques need to be payable.
Because we booked early we got the last Friday of term so I am pleased about that...

And my Bank Account is up to date too...

dusty - I tried to pm you, but your box is full!

Work went well today - the worst class were little angels, and worked really well. Why? I have no idea. Didn't do anything different - they are so unpredictable!

I'm doing another day's supply tomorrow, even though I was going to have all the days off this week, as it's a really nice school, and the money may come in handy in a few weeks.

Must go wash up.

OMG you should see what i've thrown out from my wardrobe. I could cry! I've been so good and thrown out at least half of what was in there. If in doubt I tried it on...including all those sentimental numbers....ooooohhhhhhh nooooooooo! They don't look quite the same so they're going!!!! On a plus note...three pairs of trousers fit me that didn't a month ago. I've kept 6 pairs of really nice next trousers but if they don't fit me in three months they're going!!!! I'm brutal! I think the children are scared to sit still incase I put them in a charity bag!!!

I didn't want to end up going out in the middle of Dec to somewhere I wasn't particularly keen on going IYSWIM! And it's an excuse to use excel - I have just done a colour coordinated sheet for Starters, Mains and Desserts...and I have chosen my dessert...it will be some time before I choose the others. Only three desserts to choose from - Profiteroles with choc sauce - well I like Profiteroles but I DON'T like chocolate sauce, Xmas pudding - well I'll have THAT on xmas day... and Fresh Fruit Meringue nest with chantilly cream - job done! I'll have that one!
