Hi Zavarony,February overpayment final update2009 Overpayment Target: Reduce mortgage to £88,000Month Total: £740.00
Year To Date: £94,8850 -
Hi,
No time to catch up with the posts properly but thought I need to share it:
I made a capital overpayment of £5000:j:j:j decided it wasn't worth to keep the money in ISA when the rate is around 3.5% esp when my mortgage % is 5.6%
had to pay £10 fee as it's with C&G but thought it's worth it as saves me 2.5 years of interest
So year to date now is £6140:j
hope I'll o/p a bit more this year without killing myself0 -

Hi All,
I am going to OP by £311.24 this month - I know its a random figure but with my normal payment it makes a round figure!!
Was thinking it might be more but a few unexpected things to pay for. Never mind it should be more next month!!:j then up again in April :jand then up in November:j (as I will have finished my loan!!). Then I will be starting to see the snowball effect (it will be small but beautifuly formed:rotfl:).
