For a start gas is bought 6 months/ a year in advance. Unfortunatly wholesale costs went up over 100% last year.... So yes they have now started to fall **SLIGHTLY** im sure you will see a reduction in the costs some time next year.. just like we had two price reductions from BG in 2007 when costs came down... or did you not realise that, as it wasnt as heavily publicised as all the price increases? Uk energy prices are the lowest in the UK, so if it is a cartel, it is a global thing.. not just the Big 6! x
