I work in a shop and any items we find that customers have forgotten to lift go to customer services- you might not necessarily get your item back but it certainly won't hurt to ask.Owing to financial constraints, the light at the end of the tunnel has been switched off until further notice.

What a moron. Has it not crossed your mind that flickering ember may not stay up all night just to answer your question?
I am not saying they are fully correct about the 31 days, but i used to work in a supermarket and we had to keep tapes for legal reasons but not sure how long.0 -
I have twice left a bunch of flowers on the little bag hook of the shopping trolley and arrived home without them. I rang CS on both occasions - the first call the response was negative but on the second call the lady actually said this happens to people quite often and asked me to pop in store on Sunday afternoon. Quite surprised but I was given a bunch of flowers that the assistant reduced there and then. Really pleased0
