Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should

What is it with celebrity artex!!! You'd have to lose about 3 foot of ceiling just to cover that stuff!
And as for the pics in the Manchester Evening News ... NICE! 'Lovely' carpets although I'd try to avoid looking at them with a hangover, nice 'olde English pub' decor 9complete with fag burns on the bar?), and what is with the toilet seat cover dispenser in the bedroom??? Just ... WHY?!
