Kevin Pieterson has had to reduce his three-bed flat in Battersea Reach, SW London, from 975K to 925K since he put it on in Autumn 2008.

It was bought for £845K in September 2006.

I'd put more money on England winning the Ashes 5-0 than on Kev getting his full price.

I live near battersea reach and wouldnt even pay 92k for it let alone 925, :rotfl:

No sorry I really cant stand new builds - having bought & sold one they are about the value of a pile of plywood IMO

There's some awful decor going on but it could be beautiful bit above my price range!

You could see one of those carpets in the bedroom shot on the newspaper link, not the estate agent link.
