I have to say i am very dissapointed in this nail varnish considering its meant to be worth £10.50. It doesnt even last 24 hours before it start peeling and it actually peels off the whole of the nail in one bit just like a face mask
You probably had grease on the nail plate then, which would stop the colour adhering properly to it, and allow it to peel off. You can wipe over your nails with nail varnish remover just before applying a base coat, then the colour (as soon as it's dry, but not after going and doing stuff that might get the nail 'dirty' again). If it's still peeling off you may have a PH imbalance in your nail and a lot of the professional brands have PH neutralisers in their range to counteract this. I have to say I usually use OPI, however have actually been really impressed with these Nail Inc colours as usually other brands (other than OPI) tend to chip on me, but these haven't yet after a couple of days and have given nice coverage.
Good way of helping prevent chips at the top as well is to do a thin sweep across the tip of the nail, then one or two thin coats of colour over the entire nail, and if you have particular issues with chipping you can use a top coat.
Hope that helps someone

I have to say I have not yet tested the nail polish but I am suspicious that is it really just a cheaper nail polish in a cheaper pot. I know it is boxed and labelled ''Nails Inc'' but just examining the packaging and bottle, esp the lid it looks of quite low quality, lower than what you would expect. I wonder whether the nail varnish itself if actually the same formula as the non freebie Nails Inc product?
Reminds me of the Benefit lipgloss - was labelled ''Benefit'' but the packaging and tube suggested otherwise.
Surely if it was a cheap version but you didn't realise, it won't make you want to go and purchase any of their products, which is the whole point of this marketing campaign

But there was nothing wrong with those ones
The only difference between the mag ones and those sold in boots/debenhams etc was the "exclusively for glamour" label on the back of the box. :starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0 -
You should go onto www.subscription.co.uk, you can either submit an online enquiry or call the customer service line, I said that I hadn’t gotten my free gift and they sent me out another magazine, if the magazine goes out of stock they will add another issue onto you subscription. I never got my first three issues that came with free gifts, also sometime when I get a magazine with a gift the package is ripped, I am convinced we have a dodgy postman.
I'm a subscriber and got the Nail Polish, it was loose in the grey packaging the mag comes in. I haven't seen it in the shops but I expect the mag comes in a clear bag with the gift inside.

Hi I got this nail polish and tried it at the weekend I only had it on one day and it chipped really bad. It is no way a £10.50 nail polish in my opinion but I don't mind it for free cos I was buying the magazine anyway. I wouldn't pay £2 to get another colour.SAHM Mummy tods (born Oct 2007) and dd (born June 2010)0
