I got the Victoria colour, and as with most nail polishes I've used in the past it take 2 coats to get it to show as dark as it looks in the bottle.
You could wear it fine with one coat but if you want the dark shade it takes 2 coats.

I have to say I have not yet tested the nail polish but I am suspicious that is it really just a cheaper nail polish in a cheaper pot. I know it is boxed and labelled ''Nails Inc'' but just examining the packaging and bottle, esp the lid it looks of quite low quality, lower than what you would expect. I wonder whether the nail varnish itself if actually the same formula as the non freebie Nails Inc product?

Reminds me of the Benefit lipgloss - was labelled ''Benefit'' but the packaging and tube suggested otherwise.
the polish is real nails inc. the only 'thin' one is the baby pink one. the others are all thick n rich.

i too thought the same about the chippy lid but i dont care as i dont keep my polishes wrapped so they will chip anyway!

the benefit thing was real too... came in a full benefit box and everyfin as though u bought it in boots...

i got mine today, baby pink, i dont know how anyone can justify 10.50 on a nail varnish though!!!!
  • I got one of each, and donated 3 of the mags to diff. surgeries and NHS walk-in place.
  • I have to say i am very dissapointed in this nail varnish considering its meant to be worth £10.50. It doesnt even last 24 hours before it start peeling and it actually peels off the whole of the nail in one bit just like a face mask

  • You must have a faulty bottle, as I have been using Nails Inc products for years and they last a long time, even without top-coat.
  • I got 3 different colors and its happened with all 3. the dark reddy one was the worse one
