Urgent question about visiting USA

Do not mention it. No, No, No. Do not call the embassy and "tip them off", when oh on plane and filling in the visa waiver just tick to say no criminal convictions. U.S. border control has no access to UK criminal records- especially those that are spent convictions. If you call the embassy at the very best he will have to go to London for an interview and if they grant entry he will have to buy a visa £60+.Stephb1986 wrote: »quick question for you all hopefully one of you will be able to answer,
When my OH was young and very stupid he somehow had a mad idea to make a pellet gun the police found out and he got a record for it. It was about 10 years ago now will he still be allowed into the US??
Many thanks
Steph xx
I would imagine that all travel agents would advise you to call the embassy to prevent any disgruntled customers turning up to the shop, if you don't tell them, they will never no.0
