None at Tesco Stockport, Burnage, East Didsbury or Handforth Dean Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced one from elsewhere (had ordered one from catalogue but it's faulty and another will not reach me in time for son at xmas)

As above, my battery was rubbish. It lasted about 30 mins to an hour.

Someone earlier in the thread said they tried a high power rechargable in theirs and it lasted all day while they were at work so I still have high hopes!!!

BTW a good thing about buying from Tesco is the 1 year warranty. If your mp3 player breaks in 11 months and 15 days, take it back and they will swap it, if they don't sell 256mb's any more, you'll get a better one! :santa2:

I would keep an eye out in the stores on different days, in Loughborough they keep putting 3-5 out on the shelf when they run low and not one big pallet full. BTW Lboro had 3 on the shelf last night.

Thanks OP mine's wrapped up for Christmas, wasn't going to get one but they are so cheap.
