Anyone else found these yet or could post a pic? I only found packs with the usual Sainsburys 'Try Me' on them today.
POLLY, it's not a TRY ME FREE as such. It's a normal Sainsbury's product. They have the TRY ME on all their own labelled products. This is what the person who posted about this meant I think. It's a bit like how ASDA/TESCO have the little bit on the packet on their own labelled products stating if you don't like this, you can get your money back.0 -
Plenty are doing a TMF again for those people who missed it last time!

But yes, as Mimi pointed out, most supermarket own label products have some sort of guarantee on them. Asda's say "Try me, love me" on them and others say something similar.
We don't usually post them separately on this thread as it's a fairly well-known fact that these guarantees exist, it's not a specific promotion, and also it's down to everyone's own judgement how much they want to do this. Obviously a couple of refunds per store would be fine, but I personally would be wary of claiming numerous products back, especially in a store like Sainsburys or Tesco where they have loyalty cards and are able to trace customer purchase history. Paranoid, moi? :rotfl:0 -

From the terms and conditions
"and a minimum 15-word statement explaining your claim"
What does that mean? Can you like it? Do you have to dislike it? Is the packaging flashed?Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.0 -

And yes, you have to dislike it - see this http://www.plenty.co.uk/moneyback.html - "If you're not happy with Plenty's performance..."0 -

Thanks for that, saves me checking every time i go to sainsburys! Shame as i LOVE medjool dates but they're an expensive treat.0 -
What does everyone think about applying for this again? Might be treated as a seperate promotion since the closing date is different? I buy this anyway so maybe I'll risk a stamp, see if anything comes back.Plenty are doing a TMF again for those people who missed it last time!

Finally found the Builders Tea in Morrisons reduced to £1. The TMF offer expires on 30/04. Actually it's not bad tea - not as strong as I was expecting.0

OK, I've picked up the challenge! (Haven't got long to use son's address as he is moving out in 3.5 weeks) Had sent the chicken one and now the mince. Haven't had first one back yet but it has only been 10 days so far. I'll keep you posted but don't hold your breath!
:rotfl: Yep freebie_freak, wanted someone else to try first. Anyway, felt guilty so I sent a McDougall's chicken pies receipt and a McDougall's mince pies receipt off. I received 2 cheques back (in the same envelope) this morning so I can confirm you can get more than one McDougall's product per household as long as they are for different products. :money:0 -
I can also confirm the above - I got 2 cheques through today in the same envelope for McDougall's chicken lattice, and chicken pies.
Wins : McCains garden games set, 2xTickets to Alton Towers, Links of London friendship bracelet, 2xIdeal Home Show tickets, McFly album CD, Virgin Balloon flight for 2 with a case of ScrumpyJack cider and 2 ltd edition jackets, Powerboat racing experience, £50 Virgin voucher, Aerobie Pro flying ring & Rice Krispie squares, Tesco baby pack :j0
