It looks like an ordinary pack, but when you look at !the back of the pack it reads,
Pearl drops will help whiten and brighten teeth in three weeks or we will give you your money back.
Offer applies to Pearl drops Icemint/Sensitive 50ml and is restricted to 1 claim for one product per household. If after three weeks you are not satisfied with the results send your original till receipt, with the carton base and a letter explaining your dissatifaction.I can't seem to find the Cafe Direct tea (with the money back guarantee) anywhere. Anyone had better luck?
On another note, I received a cheque for £2 from Surf Small & Mighty the other day. Had also used a £1 coupon that came in the mailing so they practically paid me to try it.0 -

Not sure if this has already been mentioned but to claim for the McDougals frozen pies you need to enclose a stamped addressed envelope according to the claim instructions! Don't forget!
I can only seem to find the fajita discovery table sauce, nowt else! Or the Dorset cereals - only ones without the MBG!

I'm trying to make a list of all the McDougall products that are on TMF at the minute. The way I read the T&C's, you can try a pack of each product that is on TMF per household (please correct me if I am wrong anyone) so there's quite a few products to try and dislike
:money:;)
Also I note that in some areas products have the special labels (which you need to send back to them), in other areas they don't. I am sure it won't have by passed seasoned MSEr's that the "satisfaction" label you have to cut out and return is the same on all products and there are 3 on each packet. So,........or example, if you can only find mince & onion pies on TMF but you cut out all 3 labels and you know that chicken pies are on TMF, but aren't labeled as such in your store, you can buy the chicken pies and send receipt plus one of the "satisfaction" labels form the mine & onions pies. (Does that make sense to you?).
So far I have found TMF "satisfaction" labels on:
4 pack of mine & onion pies ("do you agree these pies taste better than other mine & onions pies")
4 pack of chicken pies ("do you agree there's more chicken in pies then birds eye chicken pies/")
2 pack of brocoli & chicken lattice
can anyone else add to the list please?:money:0 -

Just a flag up of possible future problems.
I was trying to chase persil over a missing claim from 2009 and i was advised that they weren't going to pay out as i had claimed to many times over the last couple of years.
Just to make clear i only make one claim per household, I am hoping this is a one off but persil is owned by unilever so surf may be affected too.
I am keeping an eye and see what happens with Surf.
Do people think i should send them a letter or just give up on them ??My Motto in Life:

Hi
Just noticed yesterdAY an ad for TMF discovery so looked in sainsburys. I could only find a collar on the table sauce. However i notice it says send a token in with your purchaSE. If I bought a tortilla and salsa and used the token from the sauce collar would it work or all the tokens different on each different product? I only have 3 weeks to get the claim in so if I could do that it'd be good. Cheers allI can be brown I can be blue I can be violet and sky. I can be hurtful I can be purple I can be anything you like..Gotta be green gotta be mean gotta be everything more...0 -

Also, the backs of all the tokens look slightly different.
Hope you manage to find more promotional packs before the end of the month.0 -

Thing is, I don't think there's anything in the T&Cs to state you can't apply if you've applied in the past. Then again, they probably have a clause about "not being in the spirit of the promotion" or some other get-out clause.
Personally, I think they're being really ar*ey. A few £2 refunds will hardly make a dent in the profits for a company the size of Unilever, but no, they choose to alienate consumers by being so stingey.
It makes me laugh when companies like Cholula sauce - a small company - will have the same promo running every year and don't have a problem with the same people applying, yet a giant multinational conglomerate like Unilever gets so picky over a few quid!
Not really sure what I would do in your position, Max2002  - it's up to you. If they caught me on a bad day, I'd pursue it, but on an easy-going day I'd let it go.
I will include a warning about this issue on the first page anyway. :undecided0
