:mad: Huggies sent both my TMF's back unpaid as they said the packs I bought weren't in the promotion - they could tell from the bar code - anyone know where still has the packs as I have looked in all my local stores but can't see any. They have said I can re-submit the claim with relevant barcodes - I need the carry-pack (£9.98).

got my cheque for herbal essences conditioner and they didnt refund my postage either. (1.66 for conditioner at sainsbury)> I did another offer on the discount code and voucher board for herbal essences £1 at Boots plus voucher for 1/3 off instore and think its worked out almost cheaper to do that when you factor in the cost of postage? Thanks for all the posts on this board in case I forgot to click any buttons - has really helped a lot and love trying new products!

Please help!

I was searching the internet and found this money back guarantee, which is good for me as I was rugby kit cloths and have tried Vanish many times with no success. It says that you must make a purchase prior to 28th October 2011 inclusive. , yet when you click the download form it says only till 31st May 2011.
Please help!

Sorry for the very,very, very long delay, I have been in Durban in South Africa from July till 3 days ago.

To confrim, it all depends on the pack, although all the ones that I saw had their logo on and some had a form on the outside of the carboard packing (printed on the cardboard).

Otherwise, you can call them (like I did) and they will post you a form {it came the next day}.

Do note, that some require you to send half a pack back (6 pouches) but they pay postage,while some don't require any back.

My claim for Huggies Money Back Guarantee has been rejected. I thought I had complied with all their requirements as per terms and conditions, but I was not aware I actually had to cut the barcode out. I had simply written the barcode on the printed out confirmation of my claim code and attached my receipt. They've returned my application for MBG stating that I can re-submit it with the actual barcode but I have already binned all the packaging, as we all know the nappies don't last long! Has anyone got a spare barcode off size 3 nappies carry pack £9.98, mine was 5 029053534190 or any other one that they don't need and could post to me? I will certainly include a self-addressed envelope. Very much appreciated. Please PM me.
