hi, i got my perspirex cheque back within 2 weeks of sending. only problem i have lately is with actifresh foot spray. bought these and claimed at my address and mums address. they refused to refund mums address as they photocopied the receipts and sent them back with my application forms saying that as the same boots advantage card had been used they wouldnt refund the second application even though it was in my husbands name and a different address so be warned and if making 2 or 3 claims at other addresses cross out your clubcard / advantage card number.
very pleased though as i picked up the percol coffee in tesco today. love me or your money back. i shall have to have a few cups before i make up my mind.!

Aww poor love. I was dreading this as I got 2 separately using the same Boots advantage card. I thought I would get the dreaded "Only one per person" letter, but I got my second refund.

Thanks for pointing this out pet, will deffo keep it in mind for the future.

Just seen in Tesco percol coffee love our coffee or your money back. The offer ones have a red collar round the top. Just send the collar in with your receipt and why you dont love it.

OMG that's ridiculous about the Actifresh spray refund! What does the same Boots card prove anyway - nothing! Maybe you were shopping with your sister/brother/mum/dad/friend, they bought the thing in Boots, they don't have a Boots card, you didn't want to waste the points so gave them yours...

Blooming ridiculous, who do they think they are, Sherlock Holmes wannabes? Jobsworths... :( If I were you, I'd write a very disappointed letter to the company (not the handling house), saying how your poor elderly parent bought this in good faith, blah blah, and how disappointed you all are. Honestly, one measly refund!!! :(

I'm really cross and it wasn't even my refund! :o:rotfl:

thanks for that dormouse, i too was very cross as i had sent them out a fortnight apart. i shredded their letters with the receipts etc as i didnt think to write with the info you provided. it was a large money back £10.20 so maybe they were double checking things. but i shall certainly be crossing out clubcard/advantage numbers from now on.
    a hard lesson learned!

    I agree!
  • I'm so angry with myself. I've realised I can't remember putting my name and address in with the French Mustard TMF when I sent it off...

I've just had a look at the t and c's and it doesn't mention sending your name and address. I obviously wasn't thinking and took it far too literally! Do you think there's anything I can do?
    Dormouse wrote: »
Oh no... Maybe try sending a nice email to the company and explaining? :o

Still angry with myself! I can't find an email address for the company. All I can think to do is write a letter but I don't want to waste another stamp (I'm so tight!) if they've already thrown my application in the bin. Grrrr...

Just to check, did you have to add a piece of paper with your address or was there a space to fill in your details on the collar? If there was, that might be why I don't remember and it might all be ok...Wishful thinking...:o
