I have been trying to study with the oU for ever - but never managed it due to me, well half of it is me not being bothered and then there was a lot of family stuff to deal with too.
I never studied law - which I wanted to do cos - and here is the irony it was too expensive. of course all the money spent on failed courses well lets not go there.
I keep thinking about it tho. it always pops in to my head. it still fascinates me.
trouble is I am not sure if I am too old or if I would be able to do it brain wise. It was all I wanted to do when I was younger, teaching was an accident = a good accident it turns out but I do n't want to do it for ever.
I looked at law courses last year, but chickened out. and ended up doing a course I didn't enjoy.
there is just too much in my head.
If you keep thinking about it, then I would give it a go - think the OU have more available in the way of financial support these days don't they?

I'm ok spud - no, no sign
No second call back fromthe PO either so my posty must not remember it. I'll ask him in the morning if he has been asked.
Just had 2 lots of kids - 3 kids all around 10-12 years old first off all in fab costumes, they had all done their own make up and the lad (around 11) had spikey hair he had done himself. They looked cool! Then 3 younger ones (their Mum's 'mum-in-law' is my neighbour) with '666' all on their heads and home made costumes.
One way to get rid of the yucky coconut sweets and the bag of walnuts in the cupboard!!"Stay Wonky":D

I'm getting on DH's nerves coz I'm really excited and cant stop smiling.
We'd just been watching the news showing the peeps that had camped out etc, and DD was saying how much she'd love to go. I said I would've got us tickets if I'd been here, and she said 'never mind mum, it's OK'
I'm going to try and keep it secret till Christmas.....not sure how :j :j :jIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:
