Problems with obtaining a MAC code from BT

    They changed it before I left BT (early december). As I no longer work there I cant go over any processes or rules from them. :)

    migration codes are now given over the phone due to high number of complaints about not getting macs in time.

    I used to rely on you for all my BT-related queries!
