Oh please pass on this skill oh wise one...

I hope this 'skill' works instantly in emergencies, nationally (in the NHS never know where you have to rush off to) and the like.

Awaiting this wonderful knowledgeable sensible advice.

they are called signs, have a look round for them

also as a general rule council car parks dont use clampers

If a loved one needed to goto hospital a clamp would be the last thing on my mind so dont try using that

Its the last thing on anyones mind - but it is happening and you can't ignore that fact. Then you find that you have to go on to another NHS hospital and you can't cos your bloody car is clamped and you have relatives to ferry onwards too.

It is not funny and I am not happy that you seem to take this lightly.

Read the signs... as if you would have time!! You need a wake up call buster.

You have a skill which enables you to predict when you park your vehicle, somebody will erect a sign while you're away, and then clamp your car on the basis of that sign?

Well, it's already been explained, this has happened to people and they have then been prevented from another urgent medically related task.
