My daughters was, "An American goes into the toilet, an American comes out of the toilet ... what nationality is he whilst he's in there" ... anwer, "European" (I didn't get it, but she thought it was hilarious)

Her friends was, "what do you do to a baby astronaut to get it to sleep" ... answer, "Rock it" (I peed my pants at that one!!)

Thanks for the jokes ceebeeby's daughter and friend, I enjoyed those.
'European' - your a pee-in (very clever) LOL

We had 2 boy callers with their mum, so lovely and polite too.
Then we had 10 little tweenies with 3 or 4 mums, they were all just so cute, not in the least bit scary.
Oh and my son and his mate (17) in masks on their knees pretending to be cute:rolleyes: they just wanted chocolate LOL (they only came to our house though, no others)
Very few around compared to other years but it was so cold here it may have put them off.

    I've been Money Tipped!
We had a great Halloween yesterday.
Bought tickets for the 'Fright Night' special at the miniature railway and it was VERY scary indeed.
We'd spent all day doing spooky things, i.e we had blood soup with witches bogies for lunch (homemade tom soup with peas!) and we made ghost cakes (sponge cakes baked in dariole moulds with a circle of white icing draped over the top and black icing pen for eyes)
Then when we got in from the Fright Night the boys went trick or treating with OH while I got dinner ready ... witches fingers with wizards splinters and a can of worms, followed by Halloween games, the favourite being who can eat a doughnut suspended from the ceiling with their hands behind their back ...
Great fun all round, can't wait till next year!!!
    That's Numberwang!
  • We had two little boys call dressed in halloween costumes and when I gave them a lollipop each one of them recited a lovely halloween poem, he only looked about 4 or 5, so cute. I love seeing the children dressing up and having fun. My own GD 2.5 went out for the first time but she was scared of the pumpkins lol.

i take my two trick or treating, but only knock on doors that have decorations or pumpkins outside, it's obvious that people don't want you knocking if they don't have a single thing out! As long as the kids are respectful of the people who don't celebrate and are grateful to the people that do, i don't see the harm in it. tbh, my two prefer dishing out the sweets when they get back!
Man who run into airport turn-styles is going to Bangkok
