the Nokia 6220 Classic is everybit as good as a N95/N96 excluding it dont have wi-fi
had a N95 & the N96 is not an upgrade, the 6220 is not a downgrade excluding the no wifi
i choose the 6220......add a 8GB memory card and yer done ! lol
and yes you can port your number out of Orange, ask customer (India DIS) service for a Port Authority Code, PAC for short & give it to your new network - 7 days later number transfersSO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... Would the tv thing on the n96 work in oz as i am heading to live there in near future.
yes & get on 3 then and stream mobile TV to your TV
3UK customers roam on 3Australia you get free incoming calls & use your mins/texts etc back to the UK out your allowance, roaming on 2G is with Telstra ( BT's AU equivlent which has a mobile network ) and although you cant use your plan allowance on Telstra roaming it has the best coverage at 98% ( handy if you " bush " it or drive between states or emergencies ! ) incoming are still 30p in on Telstra http://www.three.co.uk/personal/help_support_/abroad_/pay_monthly_country_details.omp?cid=31224

they are getting better, the 6220 is a N in another shell......I have had an N95 8G for just over 6 months and have now ditched it.
Battery life was better than quoted but not great. I know someone who always carries a spare battery.
The camera did not take pictures that were any better than my old SE with a 3MP camera.
It is slow to respond and can take an age to power up.
If you are using Thunderbird if can be a right pain to synchronise your stuff.
I suspect I was seduced by the shiny newness of it all when it arrived but I am going back to a simpler phone, that does all I want. Long battery life, takes reasonable pictures (which I use for work purposes) makes and receives calls and has good reception.
Off to flog the N95 now.
PS I was always a big Nokia fan but the N95 was their last chance for me. Tried a previous version of their Nseries phones and though that was rubbish.
