Icklebeans I think I got the TAMBA subscription the first year but as this is MSE I think I wouldnt say it's a 'must have' and you'll have plenty to spend your money on. I think the TAMBA card gives you money off Clarks shoes, but not valid when Clarks was part of a store such as Mothercare or John Lewis, but I might be wrong about this.
As its twins you should have extra appts and scans which may be reassuring as you will be looked after well in your pregnancy, and there'll be loads of time to talk about your birth options.
In my experience it was perfectly possible to look after the 2 babies on your own.....but it was hard to manage all the housework, shopping and cooking on top so anything you can do previous to having them will help.0 -
